Licorice pH Balancing Advanced Facial Serum Ampoule

I didn't notice any changes to my skin using this serum. Maybe it's not for my skin type. It does absorb into my skin well. Non irritating or drying. The instructions are listed above. The box is written in another language.

I have noticed a difference in just a couple weeks, It treats hyperpigmentation without being harsh or that feeling of chemically bleaching the skin. I also like the texture; it makes my skin feel soft and smooth.This product is going to be my savior for allowing me to continue on with the Retinol nightly. The jury is out about the sunspots, but it is definitely a "calm down" product for my face.

I got this serum to use after applying toner, so that it protects my pores from impurities and makeup. My dry skin absorbs it within seconds and it leaves your face feeling soft and hydrated. This is a review for ACWELL Phyto Active Balancing Ampoule Skin Barrier Serum 1.18 fl.oz. at time of review this bottle is $30 which is on the average price range for serums of this type. I've been using this serum for the last 2 weeks but in a different manner than usual. I've taken this bottle to work with me (10-12 hour shifts) which by the end of the day the skin around my eyes start to look and feel tired. For a mid-day refresher I've applied this serum and it has been working nicely. It does seem to create a "barrier" as evidenced by a slight sticky/tacky feel around the area it is applied- which may not be pleasant for some who aren't fans of this- often this just tells me it's staying around for a while. The packaging at least for now is not written in English- neither is the bottle so there are no instructions/ingredients/recommendations to be had there.

This product left my sensitive skin very well moisturized. Very lightweight are I'm looking forward to continuing with this product.

A little bit goes a long way. Leaves my skin feeling moisturized.

These seem like they will be good products only used once so far, wish they had English translation as well so I could see what the product is actually supposed to do/help with but sadly I’ll have to look it up online and put a sucky note of what’s in the bottle ! Either way I’m going to continue to use this !

I am on my 6th bottle. I use every morning and every night. Gives me glass skin! I’m 52 and my skin has never looked better. It’s hydrating, non sticky and gives me a glow like nothing else! It’s cheap and I love that. Non scented.

As expected

One of my favorite serums that I use every single day I love the Aswell brand everything I’ve ordered from them. I’ve been obsessed with including this.

Very effective improvement in my skin tone hydrates my skin in every type weather.

I’ve been using this in the morning for a week to help with inflammation and red spots due to other more harsh products, tretinoin and minoxidil. All my redness has cleared up and my complexion is much more smooth and even. I use a face cleanser before it and make sure to cleanse the night after use but have been very happy with the results.

I have so many acwell products and they all can be layered, don’t pull with other products, and actually work!

I like this a lot. It heals, soothes and helps dark spots move along.

This stuff genuinely helps with my hyper pigmentation, acne scars and overall skin texture, it’s magic in a bottle.

Acwell was my first toner to buy for my new skin care routine! After researching the product line and hearing other influencers opinions, I decided to try it out. I use it as my first toner and it sets the stage for perfect skin flooding! This toner is very light, not greasy or sticky and the perfect first step after double cleansing!

I’m still at the stage of trying a lot of Korean skincare products. The acwell licorice products seem well formulated and help brighten the skin. I’m not pregnant but have read licorice is a good substitute for vitamin C, especially for women who are expecting.Based on the popularity and positive reviews, I purchased several acwell licorice-based skincare products: the foaming cleanser, licorice mist, licorice toner, and this licorice serum. The mist is refreshing and hydrating, and the toner and serum do indeed seem effective at brightening.Only one of this list did not work well for me—the foaming cleanser. It is a bit too harsh for my delicate skin which is thin from years of steroid medications for an autoimmune disorder. I find I’m From brand’s Rice Whip Foaming Facial Cleanser more gentle and less prone to stripping my dry skin. In retrospect it makes some sense that a “brightening” cleanser might be too harsh for skin like mine. I do recommend the serum, though :-)

Feels light on my skin and love to pair it with Acwell's toner (one of my favorite toners!). I think licorice is really good for keeping skin happy and healthy, and I have no complaints at all about this serum. It's one of those products that seem to keep skin in check. Can't say much about its brightening abilities, but I do love how purifying it is. Great to have in rotation!

I have been using this product for several years now and I absolutely love it! It keeps my skin hydrated and I think it’s comparable to a lot of the expensive skincare out there! I have very sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it. I’d highly recommend this along with the toner!

I have just recently been on the toner trend. When I was looking at the toners in this brand, I decided to give the face oil a try so far so good. Haven’t had any breakouts or bad reactions to it.
